How is Enterprise priced?
Per organisation, against the scale you actually need — brands tracked, prompt volume, seats, engines and support level. There is no list price because there is no list configuration; we scope it with you and the quote is what you pay.
How long does it take to get running?
Most rollouts are live within two weeks. That covers contracting, SSO setup, importing your brands and competitors, and a working session with the people who will use it day to day.
Can we start on a self-serve plan and move up?
Yes, and most teams do. Everything you configure on a paid plan — projects, prompts, competitors, history — carries over, so nothing is rebuilt and no history is lost.
Security & procurement
Can you complete our security review?
Yes. We handle security questionnaires, sign a DPA, and can agree a contractual SLA covering uptime and support response. Tell us what your process requires and we will work to it.
