These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://amrut.ai and all related products, software, APIs, dashboards, and services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Amrut AI is an SEO and marketing intelligence platform providing data-driven insights, analytics, and AI-powered tools, including but not limited to:

We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure credentials.
This section governs all paid subscriptions to the Service and applies in addition to the Payments & Billing terms above. In this section, "Billing Period" means the monthly or annual term for which a subscription fee (the "Subscription Fee") is charged, and "Current Billing Period" means the Billing Period in effect at the time a cancellation request is submitted.
Subscription Fees are charged in advance at the start of each Billing Period through our authorised payment processor. Unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms, each subscription renews automatically at the end of its Billing Period for a further Billing Period of the same length, and you authorise us to charge the applicable Subscription Fee to your payment method on file at each renewal.
You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the Current Billing Period and prevents any subsequent renewal. No further Subscription Fees will be charged for a cancelled subscription after the Current Billing Period ends.
Following cancellation, your subscription remains fully active, and you retain access to all features of your plan, until the final day of the Current Billing Period, irrespective of the date within that period on which the cancellation is made. Upon expiry of the Current Billing Period, access to the paid features of the subscription will end.
All Subscription Fees are non-refundable. Because access continues for the full Current Billing Period after cancellation, we do not issue full, partial or pro-rated refunds or credits for the Current Billing Period, for any unused portion of it, or for any period in which the Service was not used.
A customer subscribes to a monthly plan on 1 October and cancels on 3 October. The subscription remains fully active until 31 October. No refund is issued for the October Billing Period, and no Subscription Fee is charged on 1 November or at any time thereafter.
Clause 4 does not apply to amounts charged in error, such as a duplicate charge for the same Billing Period or a charge made after a cancellation has taken effect. Any such charge should be reported to [email protected] within 30 days of the charge, and, once verified, it will be refunded to the original payment method.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits any right to a refund that you may have under applicable law and that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement.

Amrut AI collects and analyzes publicly available internet data, including website content, metadata, structured data, and SEO signals, to generate insights and AI-derived outputs.
We do not intentionally collect:
Outputs are transformative, analytical, and non-substitutive.
Website owners may request correction or removal as described in our Privacy Policy.
We make reasonable, good-faith efforts to respect standard crawling signals such as robots.txt and noindex where technically feasible.
Due to historical datasets and third-party sources, full retroactive compliance is not guaranteed.
AI outputs are provided "as is" and may be inaccurate or incomplete.
You acknowledge that:
We disclaim liability for decisions made based on AI outputs.
We do not guarantee:
SEO results depend on external factors beyond our control.
You may not use the Service for illegal, harmful, or deceptive activities.
All platform software, systems, and branding belong to Amrut AI or licensors.
No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations or risk mitigation.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
All disputes shall be resolved individually.
You waive the right to participate in class or representative actions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
We can update these terms anytime.
