How credits work
How much is a credit?
10 credits is $1, at every amount — there is no volume tier to work out. A website audit is 30 credits, a keyword, backlink, competitor or historical lookup is 5, and an AI-written article is 0.5. One lookup is not one result: a single keyword search returns up to 1,000 keywords and a single backlink fetch up to 1,000 links.
Do credits expire?
Credits you buy never expire. They stay in your account until you spend them, they survive a cancelled subscription, and there is no monthly reset. Only a plan's own monthly allowance resets — and on the paid plans even that rolls over, up to a cap.
What is the minimum, and the maximum?
Any amount from $10 to $1,000 — you type the figure rather than pick a pack. Above that, talk to us and we will set it up directly.
Spending them
Am I charged if something fails?
No. If a scan collapses without producing results the credits go straight back to your balance. You pay for work that happened, not for work that was attempted.
I am on a plan. Which gets spent first?
Your plan's monthly allowance, always — then purchased credits. That order is deliberate: the monthly pool is the one with an expiry, so spending it first is what stops it being wasted. In practice a plan with credits behind it never stops mid-task.

Is anything charged again later?
No. Buying credits is a one-time payment — nothing renews, and no card is kept on file for them. A subscription is the only thing that recurs, and that is a separate choice.
