## About
Legion Scans is an independent scanlation group that translates and releases manga chapters for English-speaking audiences. The team works with volunteer translators, editors, and typesetters to deliver new releases within days of their Japanese publication. Readers can browse an extensive library through a clean, mobile-friendly interface that supports bookmarking and chapter tracking. The site focuses on popular ongoing series as well as select older titles that have not received official localization. Legion Scans maintains a strict quality-control process to ensure accurate translations and consistent art cleaning. The group operates entirely on a volunteer basis and does not charge readers for access. Community feedback is gathered through comments and Discord discussions to improve release speed and translation accuracy. The platform also hosts a small blog section where staff share translation notes and project updates. Legion Scans competes with other scanlation sites by offering faster turnaround times and a wider selection of niche titles. The project began as a small hobby group and has grown into a recognized name within the manga community. All content is hosted on their own servers to maintain control over uptime and page-load speeds. The team occasionally collaborates with other scanlation groups for joint releases of high-demand series.
