Their machines show up on construction sites, farms, quarries and road projects across more than 150 countries. JCB keeps most of its manufacturing in-house so they can control quality and keep innovating on engine and hydraulic tech. The firm still stays family-owned, which lets them take a longer view than many public competitors. They invest heavily in their own diesel engines and have been pushing into electric and hydrogen powertrains for the next generation of equipment. Dealers and direct sales teams handle everything from small farms to major infrastructure contractors. Training programs and parts support keep machines running long after the initial sale. JCB also runs its own finance arm to help customers spread the cost of big purchases. The company has won awards for design and export performance while staying rooted in the UK. Recent years have seen new factories opened in India, Brazil and the United States to serve local markets better.
