What the file says
# IRC Now ## About IRC Now started as a simple collection of guides and utilities for people who still rely on IRC for quick, no-nonsense chat. Over time it grew into a practical hub where users can find setup instructions, client recommendations, and security tips without wading through outdated forum threads. The site focuses on the everyday needs of network operators, gamers, and small teams that prefer IRC over heavier modern platforms. The team behind IRC Now keeps the content grounded in actual usage rather than marketing hype. They test clients across different operating systems, document common server configurations, and share straightforward advice on channel management and bot scripting. Because IRC remains popular in niche communities, the resources cover both classic setups and newer tweaks that keep older networks running smoothly. Visitors range from hobbyists spinning up their first server to developers looking for reliable clients and security practices. The emphasis stays on clear, usable information that helps people get IRC working without unnecessary complexity. Revenue comes mainly from modest donations and occasional sponsored listings for trusted IRC-related software. **Areas of Work:** Software & Internet, Telecom, Networking & IoT, IRC Communication ## Things to Remember - **Website:** https://ircnow.org - **Address:** - **Contact:** - **Phone:**
