Agentic AI Developer

About the role

• Build AI agents: Design and ship agentic workflows — tool calling, planning loops, and multi-step reasoning that research topics and generate SEO insights end-to-end.
• Wire up the tooling: Connect LLMs to real systems: our own APIs, search and crawl data, vector stores, and MCP-style tool servers.
• Make it reliable: Build the evals, guardrails, retries, and cost/latency tracking that turn a clever prototype into something customers can depend on.

Required qualifications

• 1 – 2 years of software engineering experience
• Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs (Claude, GPT, or similar)
• Strong Python or TypeScript, and comfort with async/API-heavy code
• Practical understanding of prompting, tool/function calling, and RAG
• A habit of measuring output quality rather than eyeballing it

Preferred qualifications

• Built agent workflows with a framework or from scratch (LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, or your own loop)
• Experience with vector databases and embedding-based retrieval
• Familiarity with eval harnesses, tracing, or LLM observability tooling
• Interest in SEO, search, or how AI answer engines pick their sources

Compensation: $12,000 – $19,300. Final offers depend on experience and local market benchmarks.
